Pineapple Cay is an emerald green dollop set in the turquoise Caribbean Sea. There are palm fringed white sand beaches where you can have a picnic and a swim and not see another soul all day, then head down to The Redoubt, a cozy restaurant and bar on the waterfront in Coconut Cove for a drink and conversation at the end of the day.
Pineapple Cay is also the new hometown of Nina Spark, the accidental sleuth, heroine of Sunbaked by Junie Coffey.
Junie Coffey lives with Fisherman Fred and Hurricane Annie in a little town north of 45 degrees longitude which got two hundred inches of snow last winter. She has lived, worked and travelled throughout the Caribbean, and spends time in the islands every chance she gets.
